The lion’s share.
As a Senior Graphic Designer at ING, I've helped bring the brand to life through various communication materials across one of Europe's major banks. Working closely with various departments, I've helped translate complex banking concepts into clear, engaging visuals that maintain brand consistency while addressing specific audience needs.
I've had my hands in over 1,000 projects spanning across Retail, Personal, Private & Business Banking segments, as well as specialized areas like Expat and Food & Agriculture. This wasn't just about creating attractive designs – it was about solving real life challenges across a massive financial organization.

My work ranged from designing dynamic displays and wayfinding for events, to conceptualizing and executing customer loyalty campaigns. I've worn multiple hats in the video production space, handling everything from scripting to post-production for documentaries, tutorials, and aftermovies. I even got to flex my audio muscles with podcast recording and production.
On the visual side, I've captured portraits and event photography, designed templates for direct mail and email campaigns, and tackled the nitty-gritty of form and document design. My work extended to print design, financial reporting, and employer branding– all requiring that perfect balance of corporate professionalism and creative engagement.
I've translated complex financial concepts into accessible infographics, designed compelling keynotes, and even dipped into the UX/UI realm for both internal tools and customer information systems. Rounding things out, I've shared my knowledge through training and education sessions, helping teams implement design principles effectively.
What made this experience unique was the challenge of maintaining a consistent brand voice across such diverse projects while still finding room for creative solutions that connected with different banking audiences.
